High Quality Arc Welding Robot Arm High Quality Arc Welding Package The first fully-digital robotic system in the field of arc-welding. With digital control from an inverter, the Motopac-WL100, WP300, and WH300 can be used for various kinds of welding such as short-circuting arc welding with CO2 and MAG or MIG pulsed-arc welding. By reaching the goal of less spatter, the Motopac-WL 100 ensures the best quality welding possible.
The Motopac-WH300 uses the EH500 welder with a maximum output current of 500A and with a 100% duty cycle. The Motopac-WH300 is the best for multi-layer welding or for continuous welding for long periods at a time.
Features
Optimum Pulse Wave for Welding Using the welder's built-in database with a rich selection of welding waveforms, the optimum waveform of the welding current or voltage can be set for galvanized steel or for aluminium, mild steel, or stainless steel of various thickness.
Improved Welding Quality at Start and End or Arc Welding A wire feeder with an encoder is used for servo control.
Low-spatter Welding The Motopac-WL100, WP300, and WH300 can control the waveform of the welding current or voltage for short-circuiting arc welding with less spatter. In the Motopac-WL100 package, the EL350 II welder with improved processing speed results in welding with less spatter in any torch position.
Constant Welding Quality The Motopac-WL100, WP300, and WH300 can control the waveform of the welding current or voltage for high-quality welding with a constant pulse. The Motopac-WL100 enables pulsed-arc welding at high speeds of 1.5m/min. with a high currrent of 250 A or more and for pulsed-arc welding with an extra-low current of 40 A or less (for aluminium). Also, the Base Metal Voltage Detection function (Optional) minimizes any changes in current or voltage that occur when welding with several robots, ensuring stable and high-quality welding.
Tha Motopac-WS100 is the most affordable arc-welding robot system in the Motopac-W series. A Sepcially designed Motoman interface is built into the welder, which uses a conventional analog inverter.
